In this film, I will show you how you can avoid having shallow breathing.

To avoid having very shallow breathing, it is a good idea to use a table which you can lean up against.

So if you position your hands on the table here and put your weight into it a bit,
then you can often breath all the way down to your stomach.

Try taking a deep breath while standing here and supporting yourself on the table.

Inhale deeply.
Very good.

This means that your breathing muscles are working better,
as soon as you support yourself on something with your arms.

So not only on a table.
It could also be a railing or something else you support yourself on.

It could be a good idea that you stand there for about 30 seconds to a minute
and breathe in a nice and slow tempo.

In a situation where you are short of breath, your relatives may come to you and put a hand on you.
It is a better idea if they just place their hands on your hands, since it can affect your breathing
if they come and put their hand on you.
