In this film I will show you how you can relax your neck and shoulders so that you can breathe more easily and help your shortness of breath.
I will now show you some simple movements you can do to loosen up a bit in your neck and shoulders.
The one exercise you can do is lift your shoulders toward your nose, hold them a bit and then down again.
Then your shoulders up toward your ears, hold them a bit and then down again and relax.
In addition, you can get a little movement and rotation in your shoulders by stretching your arms out and rolling a little.
First clockwise and then counterclockwise, the other way.
