If you have any questions about the choice of treatment location, waiting times, or need help to issue a complaint or seek remuneration, we can help you.
We can inform and guide you about your rights and opportunities within the healthcare system. We can also help you to get relevant information material.
You can write to us or call us. And you can also meet with a patient counsellor if you’d like. This meeting can happen at the patient counselor office in Sorø or at one of the regional hospitals.
Our counselling is impartial, and we try to understand your issue based on your own experience. We treat everything confidentially and don't take your enquiry further, unless this has been agreed upon with you.
