You have now received your new hearing aid. The device has a battery that needs to be replaced. There is a small groove at the bottom of the device, and this is almost always the case no matter what type of device you have received. Use this groove to open a small compartment where the battery is located.

If you have an in-ear device, it is is the same. There is a small groove in the bottom of the battery. The batteries come in various sizes which fit your device. Ordering batteries is done using the card you received when you obtained the device.

There is a website you can go to and there is a phone number you can call. We have helped by checking off the type of battery that you need. If you need a tube, this is also where they are ordered. And they will be sent directly to your home.

The batteries come on some wheels. They are attached to some sticky paper which makes sure that the battery does not run until you need it. Therefore, it is important that you do not have them lying loose, but only pull the sticker off when you need to use your battery.
